Outbound messages sent through NextClaud count toward your monthly plan limit. Meta's separate conversation charges apply to template categories billed to your WhatsApp Business Account.
Yes. Request a plan change from Settings → Billing. Invoices are issued in-app; pay by bank transfer as shown on your invoice. Your workspace updates once payment is confirmed.
No. On standard plans, Meta bills your WABA directly at published rates. Managed messaging customers can purchase prepaid message buckets at transparent retail rates.
No setup fee on self-serve plans. Enterprise customers may include optional paid onboarding for complex integrations.
